   • We are not responsible for customer expectations regarding the product that go beyond what is explicitly mentioned on the product page. Please ensure you read the product details carefully before making a purchase.

4. Restocking Fee:

   • If the product has no defect or problem and the return is based solely on the customer no longer wanting the product, a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund, or a minimum of $29, whichever is greater.

Refund Processing:

Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The original shipping fees are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product was defective.
